Dental Implants.
Planned Around You.

Replacing a missing tooth starts with understanding your bite, bone and the tooth we plan to restore. At Siya Dentistry, digital planning helps us bring these details together before implant surgery.

Our in-office workflow

Your surgical guide, made in our clinic.

For suitable cases, we design and fabricate a patient-specific surgical guide in-office. This template helps transfer the digitally planned implant position to the surgical procedure.

01

Connected planning

Guide design and clinical planning stay within the same team, helping coordinate the intended implant position with the planned replacement tooth.

02

Direct review

Our team can review the design, arrange adjustments when needed and check the guide’s fit before it is used.

03

A guide made for you

The guide is planned around your anatomy and treatment needs. It works with compatible guided instruments to help follow the selected drilling path.

The advantage is a closely coordinated workflow. A surgical guide supports clinical judgement; it does not replace careful assessment or guarantee an outcome.

Before surgery

Plan the tooth. Then plan its support.

Digital planning considers the intended replacement tooth alongside the available bone and surrounding anatomy. Where indicated, three-dimensional imaging helps assess important structures such as nearby nerves and sinuses.

We use this information to plan the implant’s position, angle and depth, and to discuss whether additional bone preparation or grafting may be needed.

Your plan considers appearance, bite, cleaning access and the long-term maintenance of your restoration.

From planning to placement

Guided instruments for a planned approach.

In suitable cases, we use a patient-specific surgical guide with a compatible guided surgical kit. Together, they help the clinician follow the planned position during implant-site preparation and placement.

Guide fit, access and the condition of the bone are checked during treatment. The surgical approach may be adjusted if the clinical findings require it.

Guided surgery does not automatically mean flapless surgery or no stitches. The approach is selected for your individual case.

When bone needs additional preparation

Different tools for different bone conditions.

A narrow ridge does not have one universal solution. We assess the amount and quality of bone before recommending a preparation technique.

Piezoelectric surgery

Our piezosurgical kit uses ultrasonic instruments for controlled bone cutting. In selected cases, it can be used as part of ridge-splitting or other bone-preparation procedures.

Densah bone preparation

Densah burs can be used for osseodensification—a technique intended to preserve and compact bone during implant-site preparation. Ridge expansion may be possible in selected bone conditions.

These techniques do not create missing bone or eliminate the need for grafting in every case. Grafting or staged treatment may still be recommended.

Implant systems at our clinic

NORIS Medical & ADIN

We use NORIS Medical and ADIN implant systems. The choice of implant and restorative components depends on your bone, available space and treatment plan.

We discuss the proposed system and restoration with you before treatment. Implant brand is one part of the plan; placement, restoration design, oral hygiene and follow-up care also matter.

What to expect

Your implant treatment, step by step.

  1. Consultation

Review your teeth, gums, bite and medical history. Discuss implant suitability and alternatives.

  2. Planning

Arrange the necessary scans, plan the restoration and prepare a surgical guide when indicated.

  3. Placement & healing

Place the implant and monitor healing. Additional bone treatment may change the sequence.

  4. Restoration & care

Fit the planned tooth or prosthesis when appropriate, with cleaning advice and regular reviews.

Your questions

Before you decide.

Will I need a bone graft?

That depends on the available bone and the planned implant position. Ridge expansion or specialised preparation may be suitable in some cases, while others need grafting or staged treatment.

Can I receive a tooth immediately?

Immediate temporary teeth may be possible in selected cases. This depends on implant stability, bone condition and the bite. Your clinician will explain whether immediate or delayed restoration is appropriate.

Is guided surgery suitable for everyone?

No. Guide support, mouth opening, anatomy and the planned procedure all affect suitability. We may recommend a guided, partially guided or conventional approach.

How long does treatment take?

Your timeline depends on healing, extractions, bone treatment and the type of restoration. We explain the anticipated stages after assessment rather than promise one timeframe for everyone.

How do I look after an implant?

Implants need daily cleaning and professional maintenance. We show you how to clean around the restoration and recommend a review schedule for your needs.
